Steps to take database and file backup

• Login to the virtual machine as superuser
• run the command sudo hdp-manage backup create. This will take a backup of the database and files.

Downloading database and file attachments backup

Option 1: Download backup from the application itself:

• Go to the page https://<account base url>/staff/manage/troubleshooting/
• Under Available Backups section, download the latest backup for database and files.
